Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include proof of purchase

We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as non-returnable

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once we review your request, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
